Arctic fine-dispersed powder-liberator is designed for specialists in the eyebrow industry. It can be used in several directions at once: both for LIGHTENING OWN MELANIN and for REMOVING COSMETIC PIGMENT, which makes it a very versatile, effective and, at the same time, very economical tool in the master’s work.

Application method:

Mix 1 part liberator powder with 2 or 3 parts oxidizing emulsion
1.9 or 3% (depending on the chosen technique), apply the mixture to the eyebrows.
Leave for 5-10 minutes depending on the desired result
With the help of TM Lovely Brows sulfate-free shampoo, a cotton pad and water, thoroughly remove the residue.

Use by the date indicated on the package. Date of manufacture: 24 months before the end date of use. Store in a dry place at a temperature from +5°С to +25°С. Avoid direct sunlight.
