• To form orders on the Site, the User (Buyer) can go through the registration procedure and enter the necessary data, according to the questionnaire. To use the advanced features of the Site, such as placing orders, buying goods, writing comments, etc., the Client must register on the Site by entering information in accordance with the electronic form and formal confirmation and storage of such information by clicking the appropriate button / link. When registering on the Site, the User (Buyer) undertakes to provide reliable and accurate information about himself and his contact information, in order for the Site Administration to fulfill its obligations to the User (Buyer) and deliver the paid Goods to him.
• The Client has the ability to delete the account at his own request by submitting an application to the Owner. The corresponding application is submitted by e-mail in any form and sent to info@nikkmoleshop.com.ua;
• The client has the right to view and download the materials of the Site only for personal non-commercial use, provided that all copyright information and other information about the ownership of the original materials and any copies thereof are preserved. It is forbidden to modify the materials on the site when copied, as well as to distribute or demonstrate them in any form or use them in any other way for public or commercial purposes. Any use of these materials on other sites or in computer networks is prohibited;
• When posting written comments on the Site, the Client is solely responsible, provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine, for the content of his comments, namely (in particular, but not exclusively) that such messages are not illegal, harmful, threatening, libel, offending morality, violating copyright and related rights promoting hatred and / or discrimination against people on any grounds, containing insults to specific individuals or organizations, as well as in any other way violating the current legislation of Ukraine. The client agrees that any message (comment) the Owner can delete or use at his own discretion without compensation to the author. • The Owner has the right, without warning, to make changes to any information presented on the Site, including the list of Products, descriptions of Products, a list of services and services provided, content and conditions for the provision of services and services.

The Buyer receives the Goods by delivery, or receives it personally. The procedure for payment and receipt is indicated on the corresponding page of the Website https://nikkmoleshop.com.ua/.

• When delivering the Goods to other cities of Ukraine or on the territory of another country, performed by other Delivery Services (hereinafter the Carrier Companies), the Buyer fully and unconditionally agrees with the Rules for the carriage of goods by these carrier companies.
• The fact of receipt of the Goods and the absence of claims for the quality of the Goods delivered by the Carrier Companies, the Buyer confirms with his own signature on the consignment note, the declaration of the Carrier Company, or in the invoice upon receipt of the Goods. For its part, the Seller guarantees the shipment of the Goods to the Carrier Company in the amount specified and paid by the Buyer, complete according to the specification of this Goods and in proper (working) condition and quality.
• In the absence of the Buyer at the delivery address indicated by the Buyer in the application or the Buyer refuses to receive the Goods for unreasonable reasons, upon delivery by the Courier of the carrier company, the Goods are returned to the shipping center. Payment for the services of the Carrier Company is deducted from the amount transferred by the Buyer for the Goods. The rest of the amount is returned to the Buyer on the basis of his letter sent to the e-mail: info@nikkmoleshop.com.ua indicating the current account to which the funds should be returned.

In accordance with Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the Buyer has the right to exchange the Goods of good quality within fourteen days, not counting the day of purchase, unless a longer period is announced by the Seller. The Buyer has the right to exchange the Goods, taking into account the provisions of the legislation on the grounds and the list of Goods that cannot be exchanged (returned).

• If the Buyer intends to return the Goods, such a return is carried out in accordance with the rules and conditions of the carrier or courier in force in Ukraine or in the territory of another country in accordance with the place where the Goods were received.
• In the event of any deficiencies, the Buyer is obliged to record it in a compiled act of any form. The act must be signed by the Buyer and the person who delivered the Goods or the Seller. If possible, deficiencies should be recorded by means of photo or video filming. • The parties agreed that in case of non-compliance with the mandatory requirements of the specified procedure, the Buyer is recognized as receiving the Goods in proper condition – without any mechanical damage and in complete completeness.

The owner declares that the processing of the Client’s personal data is carried out in order to:

• fulfillment by the Owner of its obligations to the Client, which may arise at the request of the Client in the process of using the Site;
• collecting statistical information on the operation of the Site in order to improve the operation of the Site, provide a better service, develop new services;
• informing Clients in accordance with changes in the provision of services, the introduction of new services and other innovations;
• The owner declares that access to the personal data of the Client by third parties and the disclosure of personal data is possible only with the consent of the Client or in cases stipulated by the current legislation of Ukraine. In any case, the Owner takes all possible measures to prevent the disclosure of the Client’s personal data.

• These Terms come into effect from the moment when the Client begins to use the materials of the Site in any way, and are valid indefinitely
• For all questions that may arise regarding the legal relationship between the Owner and the Client, the parties are guided by the provisions of these Terms and the current legislation of Ukraine.
