Nova Post

We transfer orders placed before 17:00 to Nova Poshta for delivery on the same day.

We deliver orders placed after 17:00 to Nova Poshta the next day. After this, the carrier will notify you of the exact timing and time of arrival of the goods at the destination.

Note! Orders are stored in the department for 5 days. The manager can extend the storage period with your consent, but this service is paid – payment is charged for each day of storage. This service is at the expense of the recipient!

Orders for delivery via Nova Poshta are accepted according to the carrier’s work schedule. You can find the working hours of the Nova Poshta company on the company’s official website. You can also track orders using a special service on the company’s website.

Ukrposhta

When delivered by Ukrposhta, your order will be sent the next day after placing.

Only the person indicated in the transport declaration as the recipient can receive the order. You must have your ID with you!

Ukrposhta items can be delivered to all foreign countries. Delivery time depends on the country you choose. If the goods are sent to the countries of the European Union, the delivery time is from 7 to 20 working days after receiving payment. If the item is shipped to other foreign countries, delivery time ranges from 7 to 40 business days.

Delivery time: 1-8 weeks depending on the country of delivery.

Dispatch is carried out after 100% prepayment of the goods, taking into account the cost of delivery (international parcels are not sent by cash on delivery).

Payment is made using the Fondy payment system as follows: when placing an order on the website, you will be asked to select a payment method.
